Ok, I hereby officially close down my TIG update page. I will keep my older posts, and I will still now and then log on to check up on updates done by some friends, but I will not post regularly. Well, I have not posted that regularly last months anyway, so you won't notice much of a difference. :) The system seems too unflexible for my needs, and I am considering moving on to typepad or similar blogware. I will write a comment to this page with the address to my new online ramblings. Take care and good luck to you all. Raymond/dltq

Suggestions on features welcome! Hey Raymond! Sorry that the system doesn't meet your needs. As with much of the rest of TakingITGlobal.org, Updates is currently being completely revamped. Many of the same features as Typepad will become available shortly in the new year (photoblogs, flexible categorization, links to favourite books etc). If you (or any other TIG members that read this) have specific suggestions as to what type of features you would like to see on Blogs (or for that matter, Groups, Projects, the Org databases, discussion forums etc!) just send them to susheela@takingitglobal.org, or you can also start a thread in the discussion boards. Anyway, if you do decide to post blogs elsewhere, do make sure you send us the URL. Another thing you can do is that if your new blog system has an email subscription feature, you can 'subscribe your TIG update' to your other blog using our new 'email to blog' feature.
